I wish I could add the video of my yard. Continuously fines my house for weeds even though I get my yard cut every 2 weeks, and have shown proof with invoices!!!! This is absurd, do you even know what weeds are, do you want me to cut the grass down to dirt, are you looking at the right yard, it’s getting to the point where you don’t even want to live in the neighborhood anymore.

I was on the board for my prior community and enjoyed this company's management and support. I'm on the board for my current subdivision and we elected to contract with this company. I am looking forward to the service I remember from years past. I hope it is the same. I am pleased to see the same PM is still with the company. It speaks volumes.

As a first time homeowner This should be a very memorable time.,however this has been very difficult due to miscommunication I have not had the best experience. At the time of closing I was advised all hoa fees was paid though the remainder of the year. To be told you have monies due via voicemail is very upsetting. No homeowner should experience such a dishonesty bill for the mismanagement of any kind.

This company is terrible and Google is forcing me to give at least 1 star. I wish I could give zero. Ever since our HOA hired them (out of pire laziness) to "manage" our neighborhood, all they do is give out petty fines for the smallest issues. If your HOA ends up hiring this company, all I
can do is give my condolences.

Around 2021 this was and continues to be the management company selected by the Mirrorlake HOA board in Villa Rica GA, this replacement happened, after the prior "one person operation" which existed for 20 years was accused and arrested of stealing $500,000 from the HOA, but in my opinion, she very well deserved her share, for running this place which has more than 3,000 homes. Yet alone, even through the recession of 2008, when banks were foreclosing and properties remained vacant, this place still looked great. When she ran the HOA, she didn't cause nearly as much damage to this community as this new management company that replaced her., furthermore, they may have been some foul play in blaming her and I hope evidence is found during the investigation of her arrest. Perhaps Premier management company saw weakness in this HOA and targeted this woman and the board so that they can accuse her and take over the management of this community looking at profit and lucrative real estate deals as well as other dealings. There's so much money to be made, For over 20 years this was a nature preserve yet now, they have plodded down acres and acres of trees and natural habitat to build homes, apartments and townhouse. There is diffinetly lots of profiting going here in so many ways. This management company employs attorneys to hustle homeowners by imposing and fabricating false violations in order to place and attach liens to the homes of innocent and unsuspected homeowners. They don't care if you are 60, 70, 80 or 90 years old, they will harass you until you pay up. They don't allow any contact with the board because the management company is the GateKeeper and you can't get past them, they don't allow you to sign into the website so that you can't see your account, they don't allow you to vote or use the pool because even if you owe one penny in fines in which they have fabricated, you have lost all your homeowner rights and in essence your right to live here. Homeowners cannot vote during board elections, because since you lost your right to vote, you cant make any change, and the board remains the Same. Everything in this HOA is manipulated by this lucrative management company. In essence even if the board does review your fines and your status with the attorney who imposes liens, there's nothing done, because they have no power whatsoever, they just exist as a prop for the management company. And of course if there were a real board, they will not see any violations because none exist,. all made up violations, so that they can collect and continue litigation to take further actions to the demise of homeowners. Violations and fines are used to build up a threshold of $2000, the amount needed to attach a lein.
It's merely a tactic that they use to get ownership of your home and it's the most scariest thing that anyone can live through. Lawyers that handle HOA for homeowners are non-existent and if you can find one they will charge you no less than $10,000 to start any type of litigation and by the time they are finished you probably end up paying upward of $60,000 just to convince the court that the management company literally is stealing your home. Additionally, not
to mention that there is probably a lot of politics involved so they're being protected in many other ways through courts and lots of crooked politicians as well. So in essence they are able to continue this criminal activity and there is no law that can stop them. They use all sort of tactics to make you go into foreclosure and if you speak up they will retaliate against you. They have created a great deal of emotional and psychological damage to people in this community, including lack of trust, paranoia where neighbors basically have stopped speaking to each other. They have eroded any and all sense of community. There's basically nothing that can be done, they can get away with it. We need to change the laws to regulate these hoa's and their criminal activities but nobody cares.

Chapel Hills Community Inc does not care about any homeowner, excessive , selective fines / enforcement, Buyers BEWARE because this is no Community no one would want to live. Not worth one's time or money!!!! I sold my property because of this HOA which is managed by Premier Association

I am in the process of reporting this company. We are being fined for weeds, looking at the yard there is literally one week stalk sticking up in the yard. I do not bother calling because no one will answer. I have emailed with no response, I watched them drive up take a picture of my home without even speaking or acknowledging what the problem could be.
I have lived in properties with HOA but none has terrible as this company. We do not see how the money is being spent, no improvements on the companies behalf, just continuing to take money with no end result.
They truly give Homeowner Associations a bad name.

Mirror Lake Homeowner Association started working with Premier Management team about 19 months ago. Since this company has been in the community our homeowners (even myself) have been and are being held to the Bylaws and Covenants, we all agreed upon when buying/bought our home.
We have over 27 different communities inside the Mirror Lake community, now as you drive thru the area you can see so much improvement. ML homeowners need to remember our homes are the biggest investment most of us make/made in our decision to locate in Villa Rica.
People who comply with the Bylaws/Covenants are not making negative comments. It has taken over 19 months for this company to help the HOA repair the damaged that the previous management/person made to our community, they ignored the violations & tried not to bring any attention to themself, while they took almost $500K by misappropriating funds.
Every homeowner received(information on where to find the Bylaws) and each homeowner was advised they were buying in the Mirror Lake Community that had an HOA.
