Definitely recommend this place, very friendly staff, went in for a quote and made us feel like home, they were booked but he made time to give us a quote. I recommend coming here for any body work needs, they do it right the first time!

I was rear ended in my brand new car in 2018 and I took my car here to get fixed. It was super easy to connect my insurance with them and I had no issues. The whole rear end of my car was smashed in included the back seat and underneath my car, my trunk was pushed up onto my back windshield, my gas tank was messed up, and so much more. I was skeptical at first of bringing my car here because the place seemed small and the area seemed a bit sketchy as I’m not from here, however I’m SO HAPPY I brought my car here to get fixed. It did take 4-5 months, but I didn’t care, I just wanted my brand new car fixed. They were super nice, communicative, and did an EXCELLENT job. You can’t even tell my car was in an accident. They provided paperwork of everything broken down, communicated with me and my insurance, called me if they needed to, and so much more. Frances was absolutely kind and amazing and good at her job. It’s now 4 years later and my car is still like it’s brand new and never happened. I’m so happy and thankful that they fixed my car and it’s still holding up. Highly recommend!!

I just can’t thank the team enough! I’m super picky with every little detail, they made sure to fix my car to perfection...All while providing the best customer service I’ve ever received from a body shop/car shop. 5 stars is not enough!!! I appreciate the ladies working up front and the entire team for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you for making sure I was happy with the service, and making money a secondary step. I hope I don’t need to repair my vehicle again 😆 but if I do, I’ll surely bring it to Premiere Collision in Hanford.

I went in to get an estimate on some basic scratches and Tony said bring it in around 11:30 and I’ll take care of it. I brought it back and it took less than an hour and he washed it and got all the scratches out for no charge. All the staff were very nice I definitely recommend them.

BEWARE!! This place is under new ownership and they are not worth it!
They broke several parts on my car. A simple headlight replacement resulted in several broken parts, including the headlight. They took no responsibility and actually blamed me for the damage. Staff are rude and arrogant.
Sad because the previous owners made sure that all the work was well done and they had highly qualified staff doing the repairs. They also guaranteed all their work.
I will stop referring anyone else to this business.

my car was hit while parked in my driveway and the lady’s insurance was giving me a hard time and I just have to say that Nancy is awesome so went above and beyond to help me she did all the phone calls to Infinity and spoke with the adjusters for me and that helped me so much I am so thankful I also needed a rental and Infinty wasn’t wanting to pay for the 5 days she helped me get my deposit back! Thank you so much!!! The body work was perfect too!! Thank you premiere collisions i will recommend anyone I know to you guys!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and is good at finding damage as well as hidden damage and does an excellent job of bringing your vehicle back to how it came from the factory. They also work very well with insurance to make the repair process as painless as possible.

I drove here around 4:30 last week, requesting an estimate. The guy told me it’s too late to get me an estimate, he asked for my personal info and took multiple pics of my vehicle, promising to send me a quote the next day.

I didn’t get a quote as was promised, so I decided to call. A lady picked up the phone and I told her it’s been two days and no quote. All she said was that the guy who promised the quote wasn’t around. No apologies, no promise to get me my quote. They wasted my precious time
