It was actually a pleasant experience in totality. We had more issues with the property, due to the age of it, but the company itself did things that deserve to be mentioned. They are really efficient in handling maintenance requests, in a timely and satisfactory manner. The maintenance worker is prompt and polite and the request are usually completed within 48 to 72 hours. The customer service department was pleasurable to work with. I was really impressed with the move out process and the way our security deposit was handled. I believe it was an extremely fair assessment and we applaud the effort by their staff to resolve the process in a timely fashion. Overall I can say that I would definitely use Prestige Management in the future.

Stayed here for a year and the staff was nice and maintenance was done quickly. Had no problems and I only left because I wanted more things in a house that they didn't offer at the current time.
