I called them to ask them a simple question. I asked if they bought movies because I've been to pawn shops that do and they just hung up on me immediately. A simple no would of been fine. Also bought a 75inch flat screen TV from them when I first moved out here that worked until shortly after the warranty was up. Took it to try and get it fixed and they guy at the shop said it was infested with dead roaches. I didn't have roaches. Had to cut my losses and get a new one. If you're gonna go to a pawn shop, I'd recommend anywhere but the prime pawn in rainsville AL.

I came in here looking at their selection of shotguns, and I hadn’t been in there for more then 5 mins, and one of the employees kept asking me if I was all set, rushing me, and he was just intense like he was pissed. I won’t be coming back. I understand small businesses are struggling, but learn customer service.
