Ive been renting from them since May 1st this year. I was told I could not bring my own washer and dryer in here, they provided them.
Well, the dryer doesn't work, the AC blows WARM AIR, the Dishwasher has no water hooked up to it, the water heater is BROKEN, I COULD GO ON!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

THEY WILL NOT MAINTAIN ANYTHING FOR YOU, AND THEY WON'T AMSWER THE PHONE!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!

Prime Realty and Property Management has been a lifesaver for our neighborhood. We have Covenants that property owners pay annually to uphold, however, our Board is all volunteers. Carla has been amazing and so easy to work with ensuring that everything is taken care of (dues, parking, letters/mailings, etc.). Having this company has brought our property values up and eased the load on our volunteers. We are so grateful for them all!

We have had the worst experience with Prime Realty. There are a couple of rental properties listed by them that we have shown an interest in. We have called, left messages, and contacted through Zillow for weeks now and not a single person has reached out to us. Will update and potentially increase rating if we can get a response.

I want to extend gratitude and appreciation for Laura Osbourne who has brought my partner and I so much peace as she and Prime have managed our property without any issues. It was nerve-racking to make our first property purchase without having had any prior experience but Laura was so easy to talk to and to work with that our worries quickly dissipated. The contractor I had worked with to install new floors flaked on the second project of redoing the covered patio so Laura coordinated the installment of a new covered patio and kept in communication with me and sent pictures as the work was done. Her problem-solving skills are admirable! It's important to my partner and I that our tenants are safe and happy and we are confident that Laura and the folks at Prime will continue to help us achieve that goal as long as they are managing our property. I highly recommend!

So unprofessional as renters. We moved out and left the house clean and in good shape and they never contacted us about the deposit money after we told them. Then they never pick up our calls they send us straight to voicemail. They don’t communicate with each other which leads to confusion for everyone. Overall horrible experience. Don’t recommend.

I have been with Prime Realty for a little over 2 years now. I also have lived in the same house for that time. This company has been amazing and so easy to work with, at times I forget I'm renting the place. They don't bug or hassle me as long as I keep the place up obviously. But if I ever have any issues they are quick to resolve them. As all houses have their issues I've experienced just a few. But every time Prime Realty was on their game and got me taken care of. The quarterly inspections were also very professional. They come in snap a few pictures and leave. They don't look at nit picky things and tell you to fix everything. All they care is that you keep the place how it was when you moved in. If their ever is an issue like the gardne needing to be cut back or whatever. They send a nice email requesting it be fixed and pictures sent to confirm the issue was resolved. I say all this and could say more. But I just want to make a point that this a is a well organized, professional company. I have nothing bad to say after living here for 2 years and I would happily continue renting with them.

Very professional and personable. Feeling of one on one is wonderful and comforting. They watch over your property as through it was their own. So glad I found them. My property manager, Jessica Parker is quick to handle any problem that arises and stays in touch with me about matters that come up so I always know what is going on with my property. No need to worry because I know she has it covered.
