This is an amazing, compassionate, understanding and literally the very best landlord I ever had. Tammy is so good at working with you and always considered the best options for your family and income and has a variety of properties to accommodate low and high income housing. I even have another family member I sent to her and he loves Prodigy because he was basically available to move right in to his cut 1 bedroom only a block away from me as and his 18 month old baby girl who adores him. Highly recommend this real estate agent and company!!!

I rented from Prodigy for 2 1/2 years. Best land lord I have ever rented from. During the time renting from Prodigy I had slow drip leak from the shower and a loose clothes hanger in my closet, texted Tammy and quickly had maintenance correcting the issues.

I had been emailing with Tammy about one of the rentals I was interested in and she told me that she might be having an open house for the rental On Sunday but didn’t confirm it was actually happening until the day of. I told her I was coming to see it and that I was coming from Muncie, which is about a 2.5 hr drive. She told me it started at 5pm but I didn’t get there until 5:30pm, which was because she never confirmed that it was actually happening until like 3 hours beforehand. So I got there at 5:30pm and she was already gone! I just kind of figured you would have an open house for atleast an hour, cmon now! So I called her and she was like “I’m already gone I’m on the east side I’m not coming back. I told you it was 5-5:30,” which is false. All she told me was that it started at 5pm and nothing else. The fact that I told her I was coming to view it and told her I was driving from far and she didn’t even care, she just left. That’s not how you get tenants. Tammy was very unprofessional and Im glad I didn’t end up renting through these guys from how I was treated.
