I usually don't leave reviews online but I want to make sure that others do NOT use this broker.

They don't know what they are doing and here are some issues I had:
1. Whenever I asked a question and they said they would get back to me, they would never get back to me even after following up with them.
2. They told my insurance agent that the close of escrow was a week earlier than it actually was and so my insurance agent created the home insurance to start on that date but when my insurance agent found out the real date, he said these people are sketchy.
3. I wanted to put down 20% so I don't have to pay mortgage insurance but the down payment ended up being slightly less so the escrow office told me to reach out to the mortgage broker so I asked him why this happened and he has no idea why.

Also, my realtor recommended these people so be aware who your realtor recommends.

John is awesome!! I've done several purchases and refi's with John at PMA and have been super happy every time. I like to work with people I can trust and John is one of those people. I think many mortgage brokers are out for themselves, but John is different. He wants to help people and will be up front and honest when it comes to your situation. If you are buying or needing to refi call John first. He does all kinds of loans as well, so he is a great resource to ask questions and get information. He should be your go to person when getting a mortgage.
