Awful insurance company, and if you have any Progressive insurance you need to cancel today and pay a reputable insurance company that when you have a claim that your insurance company will pay your claim and not treat you like a fraudulent criminal!!! My MasterCraft ProStar 190 was hit by lightning that ran in through the battery charger hooked to the boat in my garage to keep the battery charged, and when I took the boat to the lake my boat had no fire and no fuel. I took it to Kingdom Marine an authorized MasterCraft mechanic and determined lightning had blown my boats ECM computer, and once replaced my boat runs perfectly and resolved the problem caused by lightning. Progressive denied my claim and were total jackasses from the first claims call reporting the damage to the last call saying that I had no proof that my vintage MasterCraft ProStar ECM blew up sitting in my garage after lightning blew up my battery charger hooked to my boat. WORD TO THE WISE, NEVER TRUST CROOKED PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE EVER!!! I now have insurance with BOATUS!!!

I have had this policy 3 months and have had three increases in my premium. Geico was a much better insurance company. The customer service agents sound like they at home chilling. If I could gave them zero stars I would have.

Got an auto insurance policy with Progressive. Everything was fine until they charged me an additional 200 for not having paperwork that didn’t apply to me since I was a first time buyer..Not to mention I paid everything on time, no accidents, and a perfect driving record which is rare for people my age so I shouldn’t have had any issues. Lastly they did not update me or contact me that a drastic change was made on my payment plan. I luckily checked before the next payment was drafted out my account and ended things from there. They still charged me an additional 56 dollars to cancel the policy with them. If you’re a first time buyer I don’t recommend progressive. Geico will work with you and are significantly cheaper..

These people are scam artist at best. Approved repair without ever communicating to the insured. When was asked about it all Adrea did was point fingers and blame other people. I would never recommend them to for anybody to use. Go see the General before you go see Flo and these crooks.

If you switch online they'll offer to cancel your old policy for you. Do not accept it. Do it yourself other wise you'll end up paying two insurance company's which is needless to say not good.

Progressive overall isn't a good insurance company. I paid over $1100 for full coverage and Progressive would not even tow me home after my transmission gave out on my way to work. I was only offered a 15 mile tow and would have to cover the other $209 out of pocket for the additional milage... Smh that's bad for business... I'll never purchase another policy from them neither would I refer to them EVER!!! Also my agent hung up in my face when I was pleading my case ... DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY FROM PROGRESSIVE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Andrew mannino is the worst agent ever do not use this company. I have the emails and call logs about my truck. This has been going on since November here it is March my lender, my gf, and my self have called left no telling how many messages for him to call us back and he has spoken with us maybe 5 times combined. Iv asked numerous times for his supervisor to contact me or for his contact information and haven’t ever gotten it. I have the Emil from last month him stating he mailed the check out would take 7-10 business days. Now he is stating that they mailed it to the wrong address but yet can’t provide me with a post marked or copy of a certification where he sent it out. He’s full of it and lies we have it on a recorded line. And have emails and letters with their letter head stating they would pay for the storage in till 1/28/2022. Which they have not done. They try to give you 5k for a 15k truck. So I would not use this company at all I wouldn’t let them insure anything.
