After reviewing the reviews for this company, I want to say that, clearly, these are not posted for the correct company. This company is NOT in Santa Clara (one of the negative postings), does not have anything to do with WalMart (another negative posting) and does not post rental criteria on the website. In addition, Janice Cunningham (responding to the post regarding the rental criteria) is not an owner, employee or client of this company. Regarding the "RACIST" comments, I have never seen any racist activity at this company and am very curious as to what generated this comment. It is very easy to post something negative without being required to produce proof. This can cause professional damage to a company's reputation even if it is unsubstantiated or regards the wrong company. This is a good, local company that does its best for each client, no matter the need.
