I have been living at one of the properties for 6 years now. Things aren’t as good as them seem. Things could be better if we had more quality work done around here. Product that would last. Every repair is cheaply fixed. Might I add the plumbing has been a problem for at years. Unclogging and snaking seem to be the solution. They keep doing patch jobs with most things. It’s so much I could say but not enough space on here to say. Choosing the newest management wasn’t the greatest idea. One person in particular I won’t mention is very unprofessional and rude when speaking to you. I’m not sure why this person is in position. But I’ll continue to pray about that. Somethings was said to me. And I was just in awe that she’s as rude as she was. As long as you continue to repairing things with cheap non-quality and short lasting product on your properties because you want to save money or you think other residents don’t care will cost you in the long run. Like that plumbing. And the guy who did my carpet. I could have done a better job that he did. He’s too old and needs to retire. He could barely kneel down on the floor. His work was not good at all. And the quality of carpet. Sheesh. It was cheap. I just do my best to make things look decent and clean around here. I actually ran my Home Depot cc up to do my own home improvements. Also the water we use is filled with all kinds of toxins deposits. And this the reason the toilets cannot stay clean and the residue get on our walls after a shower. Good night for now. Lived on linden ave in Long Beach for 2 years and it was such a great experience. The unit was well maintained and I hardly had to ask for anything from them. Anne is really professional and straight to the point which I appreciate. The receptionist always really nice. Biggest bummer living there was the difficult parking and having to mail a check for rent. One time my check got lost in a the mail and it was a huge bummer
