We’ve worked with Property Boss since 2018. Karen and the team at Property Boss have been excellent to work with. They know their market, their tenants and they are on-top of their business. They work with tenants and landlords to make sure everyone is taken care of and that the transactions and work is fair and timely. They have helped us work through challenging tenants and managing significant repairs / rehabs with good success. They have always been responsive to questions and excellent with follow-up.

They need to have men answer the phone. Because the women that answer the phone there are nasty and rude. You trying to get a word in edgewise you can't get a word in edgewise for the simple fact she has a nasty attitude. They don't fix nothing and if they do fix something is half ass. These are the worst people that you guys can reach out to to have them take over your property or to fix anything in your property. Way out options and look for somebody else.

If I could I’d give 0 stars! I rented on 53rd and let me tell you it was the worst rental experience my husband I have experienced! The WHOLE complex has mice. They refused to do anything about the mice. They refuse to do any maintenance work. I’ve had to call code enforcement and board of health. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS! Karen is very rude and unprofessional and tries to belittle people and threaten eviction every month. I have audio recordings of phone calls and them admitting they knew of the gas leak and mice b4 we moved in..mind you I have two kids! The basement is a disgusting mess and moldy. I could go on for dayssss! I wouldn’t waste your money energy n time on these people!! Please read reviews on BBB and on here before you move!!! Also they were written up by fire department due to no carbon monoxide detectors THANK THE LORD for the wonderful firefighters who save everyone in the complex lives!! Mind you we had a carbon monoxide leak and only one detector DOWNSTAIRS that a tenant put there for precaution! Thankfully they did or lives would’ve been gone due to property boss unprofessionalism. RUN RUN RUN away from property boss!! For your own safety and children’s!!! Photos below are of my tagged stove tht was filthy upon move in and tagged for weeks before they even fixed it!! And the half as work they did after code enforcement cited them and can’t forget the mice !!!

Need housing go to property boss I've been with them for 4 years and I'm currently still with them and let me say that they have been nothing but amazing to me. I call they coming same day if not for sure the next day. I have came short or even late on rent and a simple text message with them understanding (because I was never late) instead of evevtion ....I needed to move for some personal reasons again straight understanding and had no problem helping me find another home for me and my two kids. I love them ....thanks Property Boss❤️

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Horrible apartments. The lady who I worked with couldn’t show up on time to the few meetings we had. Pisspoor apartment quality for high end prices. Everything is outdated and the price to keep the apartment warm is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional management company. Spoke with Karen Jennifer Cassie…very rude and will be reporting them to the health department and BBB..they do not have a competent maintenance team to handle repairs effectively. They are taking advantage of lower income communities by collecting rent on properties they are failing to maintain.
