We had a challenging backyard project that a lot of companies walked away from not knowing how to tackle it. Our backyard has a lot of mature trees, some of which were dying, erosion issues, drainage issues and overall a became an area we didn’t enjoy as a family with kids and dogs.

Property Pros were great to work with from the start. Professional, very good on communication, worked with us on our ideas and came to the table with terrific options. We really liked the way the plan was laid out, the communication plan and the day to day operations. The crew that was here every day couldn’t have been better! They were very nice and extremely hardworking!

We are very happy with our results, it’s an entirely new living space that we are loving as a family and already enjoying with family and friends.

I had Property Pros complete a backyard patio project with fire pit and landscaping this spring/early summer. They filled me with confidence that I had made the right choice from day one. Their crews are detail oriented and make sure their job is done right. They always responded to questions in a timely manner and made sure you knew the project timeline. They even worked around my schedule for installing plants after I returned from a 16 day trip, so I could be home to water them.

In the era of, everything is so expensive and sometimes not feeling you got what you pay for. I am happy to say, I definitely got what I paid for. I just so happened to be at home when the crew started building the retaining wall, laid some steps, and fire pit. I watched as they measured multiple times (and every block) to make sure they were following the plan. They have a phenomenal crew.

My backyard is now the envy of the neighborhood and I have had no shortage of compliments over the past couple weeks. Thanks Property Pros for helping me have a great backyard that I can enjoy almost year-round!

We’ve worked with Property Pros on a front landscaping project, as well as a backyard renovation. We have been discussing the backyard renovation project with the design team for around 6 years.

The design process was very interactive and conversational. Chris Sander was incredible to work with. Chris paid careful attention to what we wanted, based on all of our conversations in the years leading up to finally pulling the trigger on the backyard renovation. He was easy to get in contact with, responsive to our questions, and definitely considered any design input (pictures, etc) that we sent him.

Once it came time to start the build process, the Property Pros team was diligent in creating a construction plan that minimized impact on our property and our daily lives. RV Peter was the build team lead. His communication was diligent throughout the process. Timelines were clearly communicated. Days when the team would be onsite were clearly communicated. Weekly progress reports were sent each Friday, without exception. RV was very happy to answer questions during the build phase.

The workmanship is excellent! The build was executed exactly to the specs/measurements in the plan. The build team was very careful to not cause any unexpected damage to the property. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work!

Overall, the entire Property Pros team has been excellent to work with and they delivered an excellent product! They are wonderful people that truly care about delivering a superior quality product and ensuring the customer is happy when the job is done.

Still a little work left to do on the patio structures, but nearly there!

So happy with the work Property Pros has done at our home. They completed a large backyard project for us several years ago (pool hardscaping, firepit, landscaping, lighting), and we have been so pleased with their work in creating us an outdoor oasis. More recently, we just finished a project to address drainage issues on the other side of the house. They reinvigorated the front and side landscaping and also completed lighting work. The finished product is outstanding. Communication was excellent and overall just a great team. After working with them through two projects, I can honestly say that I would give them my highest recommendation and will certainly seek them out for future projects.

Property Pros took over landscape management from another company about 2 yrs ago and the improvement has been excellent. They do their job very efficiently and on a timely basis. They are aware of pending weather conditions and do not a start a project if it appears the weather will turn bad and that it might affect the quality of their work. I found every one of the employees I’ve encountered to have a great work ethic and proud of the work they do and they are friendly. I’m very glad they’re on the job.

We had a few landscapers out to offer what they could do, and we chose Property Pros. Jeff asked questions and he listened! I wanted some boulders, but a specific look to them. He came up with a striking landscape plan (even our HOA said it was a lovely plan). The day it was put in two hard working and pleasant guys did the job; and it’s gorgeous! I love my boulders! We’ve had many complements! No doubt, we would chose them again!

I highly recommend Property Pros. We have a unique property for the Fishers area and we wanted to preserve the natural feel of our wooded lot while creating a space that was more enjoyable. We have a lot of trees (shade) and 2 active dogs so balancing the aesthetic look with what would actually work took teamwork. Josh worked closely with us and was honest about what work could potentially damage our big beautiful trees. We had 2 other companies come out but they were more interested in saying yes to make the sale than being honest about our limitations. I'm so glad we choose Property Pros with our backyard investment.
