Home sweet home. It doesn’t get any better than Property X. The properties are well kept, up to date and big! Destini is a blessing. She’s very professional, personable & accommodating. The application and move in process was by far the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Destini is on the ball. Maintenance responds quickly and they always call before they come. We lived at our rental home for 3.5 years. Destini was so easy to work with from the beginning. They are always available to answer questions, help you with your transition, they even helped us after we moved out to retrieve mail that kept getting delivered there. I see a lot of reviews about not getting deposits back, I don’t think people are very honest with themselves. I had two dogs, they caused some damage. It is what it is. We had such a rushed move when we needed to be in our next place, but I would have liked to touch up paint, garages naturally get dirty with storage of tools and vehicle supplies etc. blinds break when curious dogs get up to look out. I fully didn’t anticipate any refund because we can all be adults and take ownership in things not looking how they did when we moved in. It was an overall very positive experience and everything about their policies is fair. I do think others complaining may not be being honest with themselves and how they left things. Overall, great experience would recommend!!!!

We recently lived in one of their properties for a year. During our time, we really enjoyed the property and communication was ok. Maintenance was usually quick to respond.

However, they will keep your deposit. They hire outside contractors to do their painting and cleaning (even if you cleaned) and pass those costs down to you. They told us they were doing us a favor by not charging us the full amount for the painting and cleaning. In my experience, property management companies will never go look at the place, they just hire these contractors whenever someone moves out no matter what state the place is in. We left out place in great shape and spent almost a week cleaning and spackling the place and still did not get our deposit back. I know this is common amongst Property management companies, but they all get 3 stars for that.

I would love to see Property X move away from passing these costs down to their residents. All-around a decent company and you won't be upset for choosing them...except for your deposit.

We absolutely love our house! My boyfriend and I moved in around March & Destini had been amazing through the whole process of getting us approved and moved in quickly. Our place is almost brand new, the appliances that came with it are amazing and work great. Our neighbors are so sweet and we can never hear them! We got a German Shepherd puppy, and where most places don’t allow big dog breeds like him, Destini did, and he absolutely loves the house as well. Thank you Property X for making our experience so worth it and so easy, we plan to stick around!

Lived in the home for 3 years, always paid rent on time and never got behind utilities. Never had any incidents at the property. Left the home in better condition than we received it. Still they intentionally found any reason not to return our security deposit back. They are a crooked property management company. Will definitely not recommend them to anybody. This is how they treat their loyal tenants.
