We have had an excellent experience working with Prospectors. The staff has been extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly.
Cam was the first person I met upon going to see the house that was up for rent. He was extremely friendly and was patient in answering all my questions. Since then, his follow up has been exceptional on the issues we have had.

For twenty five plus years Prospectors managed the nine properties my father-in-law owned. Diana was great, she did everything right and took responsibility for problems. Recently Prospectors changed hands and our experience has been absolutely horrible. They would not visit the properties, they would not return telephone calls, would not return emails or text messages nor would they even acknowledge they received a message. When asked about this they were very arrogant and explained they managed so many properties that they were too busy to respond to any concerns or problems. In addition, the said Diana was completely incompetent even though she did a wonderful job for so many years and, not only that, she was a very nice person. My father-in-law flew for over 30 hours to come and talk with them but they were “extremely busy “ and it took several days to see them. I would not recommend this new Prospectors company to anyone wanting quality a property management company. In my opinion, they are just to incompetent, arrogant and self serving to properly manage someone’s property.

I lived here for two years and I am very grateful for everything, but I just received my deposit and they lied about everything. I cleaned that apartment perfectly and they lied about everything in the paperwork and stole most of my deposit! I am upset but not surprised. I should have known by the horrible reviews.

Extremely unprofessional from the beginning we signed all the way until we received our deposit ! Who ever was contacting me from this office was extremely argumentative ! I apologized for our mistake which was not having the house professionally cleaned but they continues to argue.

Plus the house we lived in was in horrible shape as well. You can tell they really cheaped out to renovate the home, WOOD ROT EVERYWHERE!

He was extremely helpful with everything and super attentive, not only to my husband and I but our children's questions too. He responded all of our questions and doubts! This process made it really simple for us to pick and decide to proceed and we feel good about it! Another member we also worked with was Sarah, she was great at responding at emails quickly and answering all of my questions. The level of customer service, professionalism and response is amazing! Worst company would not return damage deposit after renting for 8 years wouldn’t even come inspect to give me an option to get deposit back. Tenants beware!!
