The people have been great to work with. I just wish they didn't force all these "services" on the renter. I have to give my personal info to multiple third parties. I had to create a pet screening account just to tell them I have no pets. There is also an extra $40 per month charge to help you turn on utilities, which I don't understand why I'd need help for this. They also give identity theft protection and I think renters insurance. But my current insurance is only $12/mo. So it's just extra costs and I see no benefit. But again, they get all my personal info. But the property appears very well maintained. So I think I'll be happy with this property management company once I just accept the extra monthly costs. The additional charge was clearly defined on the rental listing and I agreed so I just need to deal with it.

We have lived at the same address in Victorville, CA for 17 years now. Provest has been a great property management company that responds to maintenance requests immediately, does annual inspections to ensure our fire and carbon monoxide protection is proper and the home is compliant with state laws, and has built a reputation with us as being fair and friendly. I strongly recommend them as a property management company.

Melanie was the greatest!! I appreciate her soo much! She was great and very informative throughout the entire process. She was very quick to reply to all of my messages. She kept me up to date on every step of the process, I never was left wondering what steps came next… she made the entire process a breeze and very stress free. My family and I have been landlords for about over a decade. During that time I've had three property managers/firms manage my properties; Provest Realty is the fourth property manager/firm I've worked with. Allow me to be clear when I say the quality of service that's provided by Provest is not to be taken for granted: in Victorville for some reason a lot of professionals in the field of property management or real estate are deficient both in professionalism as well as competence [I speak from unfortunate experiences over the years]. Provest stands out in the sense they care about their clients' properties:

-Provest team members makes the effort to do annual interior inspections of the properties. A lot of property management firms say they'll do it but rarely do they show you detailed photos pertaining to the inspection and condition of the property.

-The staff(s) also will take photos of the exteriors of properties when pertinent issues arises.

-The communication efficiency and transparency at Provest is great: all the staffs I've spoken to and worked with are open and honest with me when discussing various issues that comes our way as a result of renting out properties to tenants. Provest does their best to make sure both, the tenants' and landlords' needs are best represented in a timely manner.

-Last, I appreciate the fact Provest respects my preference in working with the team of vendors, gardener, handyman etc. I've come to know over the years. Other property management companies would have tried to persuade me to use their vendors due to ulterior motives. Provest is different in the sense if the guy(s) I have on hand offers a better price in comparison to some of their vendors, they'll tell it to me as it is. It's only when the people I have on hand are unable to resolve an issue, because it may fall outside of their area of expertise, then when I ask Provest for additional support from their vendors, will Provest recommend the people they have in their network. It's this kind of no hard-selling attitude that makes me feel comfortable when working with the people at Provest.

With all that said, I like to thank particularly Todd, Weston, Nichole and Chris for all their hardwork and service(s); I appreciate what you guys have done for me as well as my family: thank you. I wish everyone at Provest a Merry Christmas; may the upcoming 2025 be a prosperous year for us all.

Provest is by far the number one property management group that I have ever been with. I have been a tenant with them for two years and I don't think I ever want to rent from anyone else.
I recently had a small leak in my garage and I put in for a request by 11 PM and by 10 AM The following day They had a plumber out
To my home. By 10:45 AM Everything was Complete.
