These guys are absolutely incredible! Any issues or concerns I may have they are always quick to respond and to resolve the matter at hand. I would give these guys 100 out of 5 stars!! If You are in need of a place these guys will definitely take care of you!

I have been a tenant with them from 2018 to date. The building I lived in for 12 years was sold and the rent increased to were I couldn't afford to stay there anymore. I contacted Kris at Purcell & Assoc. They were able to find me a new place that was affordable and we moved in with in 3 weeks. Kris & Marty are really great people and take good care of their tenants. If you have a problem, contacted them and they will take care of it right away. It's hard to find a good solid management company like Purcell & Associates, who put the tenants first. Thank you for all you do.

If there was a 0 star, this is the rating I’d give Purcell and Associates. We called to schedule a showing, and waited till well after the appointment was scheduled before calling again. We were greeted with a rude gentleman on the other end stating “Stuff happens” and said he’d meet us within 10 minutes. We waited another 15 before having to leave to prior engagements. First time talking with this company we were greeted with unhappy rude employees. Absolutely recommend using another company before this one.

Chris (listed as Christine) on the website was so incredibly rude on the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went to see a listing with her…. I pulled up 10 minutes early and waited outside for 20 minutes only for her to have been inside the entire time “did you want to see the place or not” how rude. I walked in for a tour again GIVING HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, and she slumped over the kitchen counter looking out the window not a word was said. I toured myself and came back with questions and I was given one word answers on all of them. My final question, “who did I call in case of a tenant problem or emergency” , “me” she replied. Yeah no thanks she is the last person I’d want help from if this is how she acts when ‘showing off’ a listing. Sad too because it was a really cool property but having her be the contact for everything is a huge red flag for me. Good luck.

This was mine and my boyfriend's first time looking for a rental place where we could finally start living on our own, and these were the renters we first met through this experience. We are 19 and 20, if that helps. I first called Kris and asked if we could schedule a showing and she said the man was going to be showing it within the next thirty minutes. So, we show up to the showing of one of their houses, and the man didn't speak a word to us unless we said something to him. Even then, there were 2 or 3 word responses. He just didn't seem to really want to rent the place to us. And I understand that since we're young, you might have that thought, but no where did it say that No Students were allowed. I was kind of in love with the place, so we went to the office to grab an application. That experience wasn't so friendly, and when we were going to leave, Kris was explaining the admission fee and spoke "Each adult," as if I was a child. I think they totally prejudicated us, and it was unfair. Needless to say, we looked elsewhere to find a place.

Been renting from them for over a year and half and had the best experience. Kris is absolutely amazing! She gets things done fast. Every time I need something done at my apartment it's quickly taken care of. Shes always really nice as well, my toddler loves her. She's very patient with us and she is very understanding. Wouldn't want to live under any other property manager.
