Incredible call this company up to ask them how many years they've been in business two times I asked that lady that she's avoiding any answer but yet it says how many years on there it's like they're hiding something when somebody answers the phone and they cannot answer a question why would you even want anything to do with the company that is very deceitful on even answering and being I guess I would say honest and a discussion with somebody's asking them specific questions my next question was to speak to the manager about something but I hung the phone up would not deal with this company for management there's something wrong with that lady that answers the phone and the questions which leads me to believe there could be something that this company is hiding also the name on that is strange sometimes people switch their dbas and names because they have bad reviews but reviews are put up for the whole world to know what type of business that they're dealing with and on that note read it and weep interesting

Worst experience of my life. Rented for over ten years and HomeVault takes the cake in losing. Their impossible to get ahold of and often unresponsive when can get ahold of them. Would not make repairs and consistently where unhelpful, except for Janelle who is actually helpful. Just take a look at some of HomeVaults responses to it's reviews to see the kind of people your dealing with. Oh and check out this deck that went unfixed for over a month.

I own a rental property in Albuquerque. I’ve used this company (including its predecessor, Corner Post) for over a decade. I’ve been happy with their professionalism and competency, as well as their communication and how east they are to work with. I haven’t had a vacancy or major tenant issue, maintenance issues get addressed, rents get paid, and accounting is accurate.
