0 stars!!!!Do not rent from this company! Tammy did nothing to fix the issues I was having with my house it would take her months just to respond to stuff if not longer or she didn’t respond at all , I ended up moving cause the house we were in was not livable nothing was getting fixed at all! My shower would flood the bathroom so we had to use a bucket just to take a shower an let me aware you my son has cerebral palsy an he wasn’t even able to use his shower chair! and due to the water damage stuff was molding in the bathroom! Every issue we were having didn’t get fixed at all we waited from 2022 to 2024 just to get some things looked at ! it was bad and still to this day still have not got things fixed so we moved! just a lot of issues! She would ignore me for months with issues I was having! So just a warning do not rent from Tammy!!! The list goes on with the issues with this home!!! I also had to hire a lawyer because of these matters!

I rent from Quality Property Management. We have had just a few issues with our house so far; normal wear and tear for a rental. Just had the kitchen faucet replaced. Tami (the manager) was quick to respond; Scott (the maintenance guy) was fast, knowledgeable, and did a great job! We've had a slower maintenance person in the past, but still not a big issue. Very pleased with the recent work done; which included fence repairs.
Quality Property Management has been great to rent from! We take great care of our house, and they take care of their tenants. Thank you!

Tammy and her team have been an absolute joy to have as property managers! When I moved into the home almost two years ago it was beautifully painted and cleaned and cared for inside and out, even though it's an older home. Nothing is run-down, everything is in good working order. What's even better, is that if something goes wrong or I need to contact Tammy at any point, she is readily available and her property manager assistance and repair team are always prompt and friendly and thorough! She is sensible, reasonable, and is equipt with great ethics! I do my part, they do theirs, and it works beautifully! I plan to stay in this property for several years to come! But should I ever move, I know who I would rent from again!

Tammy fixed a very challenging squatter problem we had for a property of ours. She stared down the threat of violence without backing down and got ride of them according to the insane laws of CA that make it so hard on landlords. Great job Tammy and thanks for getting our property back to us safely. I'm guessing most of these negative comments come from tenants not interested in following the letter of their lease. If you own a property hire Tammy.

Tami has done a great job on several rentals. The last situation involved long term tenants that owed back rent and cleaning/damage fees. She was able to collect it all and I am very pleased.

We rented a house from them on 4485 Nugget ln, everything was fine at first except a little crack in the shower which we notified the landlord about and she put it off until it leaked through the wall and damaged a bunch of our stuff and molded, we then told her we didn’t feel safe living there breathing in mold with our newborn baby and asked if they’d fix it, but they told us to find a new place to
Live if we didn’t like it because they didn’t wanna spend the money to fix it they just wanted to paint over the mold spot, so we moved out, they then charged us hella money for cleaning, we did no damage to the house and they tried charging us for the wall too, the deposit was $950 and somehow we owe $300 they pocketed the rest, Tammy is a lying thief good luck for whoever is at 4485 Nugget Ln!!! WORST COMPANY IN THE NORTHSTATE!!! They also take forever to respond when you ask them about your deposit for weeks until you threaten to file a claim, then Tammy says you owe her!! Very professional. Slum lords!

We recently rented a house from this company and we moved out because there was a leak in the shower that I told our landlord about when we moved in but she didn’t listen to me and acted like I was stupid it continued to leak the whole time we were living there and then it leaked through our closet and damaged a lot of our stuff In there it was finally “fixed” but there was still mold in and on the closet wall the refused to fix. Then whoever fixed the shower I believe busted a pipe somewhere that was spraying hot water for over a month before it was fixed. Which caused our bill to spike so truthfully we decided to move out at that point . We had a lot going on so we left a couple things behind minding you it was little things that could have easily been thrown in the trash. We paid her a deposit of $950 but she seems to think we owe her $300 and we left the house nicer than it was when we moved in lol.

Probably the grossest place I lived and no help ever. When I firsted moved in everything was great...I thought. There was these small bugs that I couldn't tell what they were. About 6 months into renting they end up being cockroaches. I battled them and tried for as long as I could and the finally asked for help. And I didn't get much help. Upon asking around the complex apparently that specific apartment and been known for roaches. They never told me that. And after I asked for help I didn't get much of it. The nest was behind the refrigerator and the pest guy said the fridge was infested. I told the manager and they never answered me and getting a new fridge. After this incident she does not return my phone calls and or answer the phone. I called each day after different times. Nothing. I got tired of this and moved... I will never ever again rent from this so called "company". There are more complaints but that was the deciding factor. I caution you to not rent from them.
