Went their to get a copy printed stood to the tinted glsss you could here the people talking in the back they didn't even try to open the glass and see what I wanted then I filled out the the check in machine sot and wated for 30 minutes it was a lady already there when I first got there nobody still had came out of the door into the waiting room so I left and will be using another company

I came in on August 29 to do some blood work .
Scheduled an appointment the day before.
I literally still have the appointment email from them .
The lady that took my blood work was asking me lots of questions and thought to myself that she doesn’t know what she is doing because she kept asking her colleague questions.
Even for a moment I was helping her :
Confirmed with her that she is going to send results to my doctor and she is going to send my insurance the order.
She said yes .
I was so positive till the day I heard from my doctor that they didn’t receive any results from the facility.
So always trust your guts .
I had a feeling that this lady doesn’t know what she is doing.
Anyways ,
Went to the facility.
The lady didn’t greet me or anything.
She was literally so mean and rude and asked her colleague to help me .
Her colleague took my I d and left it for a second on the counter.
I was like I don’t want anybody to see my personal information.
Grabbed my Id and put it in my wallet.
I showed him the email for the appointment and showed a picture of me with the blood work taken.
He goes the system doesn’t show that you came here and did any blood work with us .
Aweful experience at this facility.
I did almost 6 tests .
They literally bruised me and they are ignoring that
I did any blood work at their facility.
Very scary .
Where all the blood work I did went ?!!!
I asked him for his supervisor.
Maybe he can ask the lady that did blood work for me on that day.
What did she do ?
Well I emailed corporate.
Probably their cameras will show that they took blood work for me .
I will never ever come back to this facility.
So scary .

The young female tech who took my 3 blood samples did a great job. It was painless and she did it efficiently and quickly. The facility was clean as well. Thank You!

Very clean and quick. Robyn is the best yet that girl worked over and beyond for my lab results. Overall yes I will go back and the other lady was really nice too I just can't remember her name but she knows I'm talking about her " hey girl"

I can tell you’re having a bad day but that is no reason to not take care of your patients! As o arrived the lady behind the counter was on her cell phone. I could tell she was having a bad day, she looked unhappy. She was rude, and had this pissed off look, and like I was a nuisance to her. After I got my blood drawn, she didn’t put any gauze on, slapped a band aid on, and told me I was done. I made it barely out the door when the band aid wasn’t enough. My arm started bleeding through band aid and out all onto my arm! I was bleeding so much it was dripping on to the road! I made it to my car and wiped up the blood, put some pressure on it, and left. This is a ridiculous way to treat people who come into your office. I’ve been going here for over an year and the customer service has just declined. My mom also had a terrible experience recently, by the same lady! Do not come here.

I despise the quest website.. it is literally impossible to log in and verify your identity..I am going to request getting labs elsewhere due to this. Unable to verify identity for myself and I'm not calling the 800 number every time I need to log in
