If I could give zero stars, this company definitely deserves less than zero. It’s been a nightmare with this company. I canceled my insurance with AAA in June with time I was told not to worry that I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged April 28 352 for insurance I no longer had Again in May I was charged 350. I was waiting for my refund. I was told that I would get a refund and no one answers their phones. No one communicates, horrible communication and customer service when I spoke to one of the ladies at the front she told me that she would send me an email with all the information I have not gotten No reply from anyone don’t waste your time with this company , it’s just a Headache

I have been working with Raines insurance for about 3 years now. I met broker and owner Randy back in 2019 at a vendor fair, and when I became dissatisfied with my previous agency I went straight to Raines. Raines insurance has helped me find policies for multiples businesses, rental property, home and auto, and events. Raines ability to shop dozens of carriers allows them find customers solid coverage at competitive pricing. Their staff is always available during business hours, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

John Clayton does an amazing job helping us get to the closing table for every deal. He just stepped in with less than 24 hour notice and got a commercial deal insured and closed. Raines is amazing!

This agency came highly rated from our real estate agent. Unfortunately, the communication here has been terrible. I was understanding when we tried to get a policy to underwriting Friday afternoon thought it would have to wait till Monday because it was late in the day. On Monday I got no call back and it then became work for me to even find out if an application have been submitted. I called multiple times and while I understood there was some illness going around, for me to have emailed and called as many times as I did and have no one get back to me is inexcusable especially considering Mr Raines understood that I was sitting on a property with no insurance that I had just closed on. 10 days later I'm calling to verify if they have even submitted an application and I was told NO!

My reason for the 3 stars was because the woman I spoke to was very sweet. But, the quote I got for liability was OUTRAGEOUS. I got the SAME quote from Progressive over the phone yesterday for $109. I called the office today, hoping to find a cheaper price through another company. They gave me a quote for $209, which means they’d be making $100 in commission per month off of me. I understand they have to make something, but $100 a month off of someone with a 2003 vehicle, who clearly can’t afford something better is morally wrong. I found liability insurance for the same exact coverage she listed off to me for $62 a month. That is $137 cheaper than the “lowest” price they could find. I recommend looking for yourself, instead of going to this agency. They collect a commission and you’re better off finding your own policy!
