RAM has managed our property since 2019. We were new landlords then and this was our first property management experience. Sue showed us great patience and guidance in our learning curve. They take care of EVERYTHING, are very easy to work with, communication is open and clear, service needs are taken care of in a timely manner and we are notified of them typically prior to them being completed - they rarely come as a surprise. They do a very good job screening Tennants and really seem to have long term needs/expectations in mind while doing so. We are out of state, soon to be out of country, and I have no concerns at all about leaving our property in Sue's hands. I 100% recommend Sue and her team at RAM to anyone looking for a competant property manager in Maine.
