Huge thanks to Ranae Callaway at Nexa Mortgage for getting both my Mom's house purchase and my house purchase to the finish line!! When I had my info call with Ranae -- I knew immediately that she would be the absolute perfect Mortgage lending partner to work with. As a first time home buyer, and dealing with not just my own purchase, but supporting my Mom with her home purchase too, I was stressed and very overwhelmed -- but Ranae was always there to answer questions quickly, efficiently, with just such care and compassion. Ranae made extremely complex things iron out smoothly, and was there every step of the way to ensure that these sales went through. If I could give Ranae more than 5 stars I would. Bought a house before and was very hesitant about having to do the lending process all over again but wow Ranae just blew me away. She got the job done in less than 30 days. From the credit approval to funding! All it took was one call to Ranae and now I am in my new home!

BAD CREDIT... GOOD CREDIT.. SHE WILL TALK YOU THROUGH IT ALL.

She is on top of her game when it comes to service and getting the job done. She makes you feel taken care of and that never happens when it comes to you borrowing money. A great example of her sense of urgency: the housing market was so slim that every time I found a home I was having to over offer and every time I needed a new prequalification she got it to me right away. I think that in one days time she gave me like 3 different ones.

All in all.. it is simple. GO TO RANAE! SHE TOOK SUCH GREAT CARE OF MY FAMILY AND I!
