The owners of this business are terrible. Apparently they sold their brokerage to some other company in another city without notifying a single client. After weeks of trying to get a hold of them, I dug around my Mercury account, finally find a different phone number, and it goes to some random brokerage who now services their clients. These people are a joke. They didn't even set up an autoresponder to their email, or change the voicemail on their office phone letting their clients know about this change.
