So sad to say after 20+ years I am no longer a member of this bank.

For about 10 years this back was good when the branch was inside Beverly Hospital building. The staff was great; they treated you like family. Some people came from the other branches and it wasn’t the same anymore. People didn’t have the same respect and customer service you expected for being a member.
The loan officer is terrible (she is in the Claremont office) I apply for a loan twice and was denied when I did have a loan to buy a home and my credit was good, but it really wasn’t that I was denied. I get that. The fact that she was condescending and rude was the issue. Not mad about it because that was 6 years ago.
But I was thinking of changing banks for a while and I finally did it.
