Seems Allstate is trying their absolute best to deny my claim for roof damage from the Hail storms we experienced. I've had two roofing contractors to say IT IS DAMAGED and needs replacement. Allstate sent two of their "inspectors" out to look at it and they are saying it is not damaged to the point of needing replacement.
I'm guessing that they want more damage and possibly leaks into my house. We'll wait to increase your score to see how Allstate is going to treat this customer.

Mollie was incredible. Super sweet. Real compassionate. She was absolutely wonderful. I wanted to bring her cookies and coffee this morning for being so sweet but unfortunately she’s all the way in Batesville. Maybe another day. Thank you so much for your help lady!

I Dont have a policy with them but they let my kids and passenger hang out in the lobby when we got into an accident. Really nice lady's, gave out crayons coloring pages and water

Randy Smith Is a wonderful group but All-State Asa cooperation is ridiculous....a major hail and wind event has ruined my roof but All-State is doing everything they can not to pay a fair amount ...they are trying to take advantage ad break trust...the moment I get a resolution I'm going to cancel with All-State not because if randy Smith agency but only due to the cooperate fkry

My insurance for a 61 year old female, who hasn't had a ticket or wreck in 20 years has gone up to $170 a month for a 12 year old truck. Don't recommend them.
