William is great. He was very patient, and my schedule is not a normal one. He made himself available and is there to help. He went over many aspects of my insurance needs and was able to get me fantastic rate and everything i needed. He saved me $120@ month compared to my other insurance company, progressive that is been insured with for 3 plus years.

Would give a 0 if I could. Such a bad experience with this broker name BIANCA such a rude person! Just know this broker is just there for the money and not willing to help. Treated me so poorly no type of professionalism. She did not want to cancel my policy Pro Rata. I will be contacting the department of insurance because this is not right. A policy can be cancelled PRO RATA. How are you not able to cancel my policy? That is crazy!
They are so quick to take your money but not to cancel my policy Pro Rata? Just be careful with them because she is not the only one who was like that, just some of them don’t say their names when you call. Ever since I been calling to cancel Pro Rata some people don’t even say their names they just say they can’t cancel which they CAN. They probably don’t want to pay their commission back or are not knowledgeable on insurance enough to know this. This situation sucks because I don’t have the vehicle anymore, why would I keep the insurance.

Very professional the agent I got, her name is Clarisa I was paying $960.44 a month on car insurance she quote me at $3 hundred and something. She saved me a lot of money. I cancel my other car insurance and went with rapid insurance best moved I made. Thank you Clarisa
