We've been with the same insurance group for nearly 30 years and the experience was mostly positive. However, we were having some issues having our home insurance renew this year due to the age of the roof (it's the original roof and over 20 years old). So happened we recently received an ad from Ray Insurance and decided to contact them. Our agent, Laura, was extremely professional and was able to find a reputable insurance company for us. The overall coverage is better and the premium is lower. We are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Ray Insurance for anyone who needs home/auto insurance or just to compare coverage and rates.
