I will never use this Agency. They attempted to increase my annual homeowners insurance rate by over $300 from approximately 8-900. The agent then bombarded me with unwanted phone calls because I wouldn’t agree with his unscrupulous rates.

I got insurance through this company. Two weeks later I get an email saying my insurance is going up $150 a month. I called my agent. He told me he would run it again and find a better rate. I waited a week then called him back. He found me a lower rate that was still more than quoted. I had already checked around while I waited for him to call back and found a cheaper rate. I went ahead and signed with another company. I told him. He said he would cancel policy and hung up on me while I was thanking him for his time and effort. I wake up this morning to find that my policy had not been canceled. I called the company, not the agent, to cancel it and get back my $249.50 that they were gonna charge me a month.

Before with my prior insurance agent I had improper coverages and found out that one of my farm structures wasn't even covered! Imagine how I would have felt if I had a claim! I brought my insurance over to Bill and Brent and they set me up with the proper coverages I needed for my farm. Super thankful for these guys for getting me where I need to be! Best agency in town!
