If I could have given them ZERO stars I would have. This was the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Both my tenant and myself are wholly unsatisfied.
My husband is active duty military and as such we were stationed overseas and needed to rent our house while we gone. The original RPM was satisfactory but once they were bought out by RPM Titanium things went down hill FAST! They stopped paying our gardener and yet were still collecting the fee from us. I found out from the tenant that the gardener was not paid and terminated services. so I was not even notified by the property management.
Once our lease was up, both myself and my tenant were not notified and thus he was defaulted to a month-to-month. Finally they contacted us and tenant signed a lease 2 months after the original lease had expired. Which I never was given the opportunity to sign the subsequent lease. Not sure how that is even legal.
Also, once the buy out of RPM to RPM Titanium took place the company was charging us at the old higher monthly rate and charging us for maintenance visits which were included in the old rate. So they were double dipping; essentially picking and choosing which of the old and which of the new fees they wanted to charge us.
Please, please, please if you take nothing else from this review just know that you should run as fast as you can from this company. Their inexpensive rates are an indication of the quality of service that you get!

I had to deal with them for a couple of years as a renter and one of the properties. Anytime I called them Stacy was rude disrespectful to me and when I got upset she yelled at me. I would never have them manage my property
