If you are seeking someone to manage your property that is professional, trustworthy and friendly, you should definitely try RPM. We moved 1200 miles from our rental property with many concerns. I would recommend Real Prop Mgmt NWI for a rental in the future. Looking back, Adam was able to show me the house quickly and offered me some time to walk around and feel comfortable before making my decision. After moving in, RPM was always attentive & notified me immediately if they needed to perform a repair inside or work outside. RPM and Adam have been managing a property for me for almost 10 yeas now. I have never had any issues and they are always responsive to my requests about the property. Even with some odd ones posed by one of the refinancing companies about 'earthquake straps' on the water heater. They are always up front with costs and repairs when needed. I have not had any issues with trouble tenants nor any problems with turnover. I highly recommend them for property management.

After two years of trying to be landlords, we were fried. Even the best tenants can be challenging at times. And trying to decide who is going to treat your house with the respect it deserves is painful at best.

Adam and his team took all of that stress away for a relatively small fee, all things considered. Adam knew when to reach out to me on issues that actually required my attention and he knew when to "just take care of it and send me the bill".

Furthermore, our house was a bit dated when we first gave it to Adam to rent and he was able to help us secure good contractors to update it where it needed it most. In the end, these updates increased our sales price by tens of thousands of dollars.

RPM manages 11 properties for us in NW Indiana. We have properties in 3 states and have contracted with numerous property management companies over the years. RPM is by far the best company we have ever dealt with. They handle all of the operations in a timely manner, return phone calls, texts and emails promptly, take care of issues and problems without delay, and keep turnover low which suggests to me they also are concerned with tenant issues...not just the owners. Trust me, establishing a relationship with a very good, reputable and customer service oriented property management company is a huge challenge and RPM meets and exceeds the test. The sad fact is most property management companies are poor at what they do....not so with RPM. They are clearly in the top of their class. I highly recommend them.
