Rented from them for a year and had a great experience customer service wise! Application process was smooth and didn’t take forever. The property wasn’t really ideal for me as it was a multi unit and had a lot of younger people partying all the time. But anytime I had an issue which I hardly ever did they would always send someone right out to inspect and they frequently kept up with pest control and maintaining the lawn and grounds! Brent was my main point of contact and he was always very attentive patient and understanding! Would definitely use this company again! Thanks RPMP

Real property management piedmont is one of the worst leasing companies I have ever leased with. The customer service is nonexistent. The back window has been leaking water for months and they have not responded to the maintenance requests, while the wall is actively being ruined.
Now I'm trying to vacate the property. After days of emailing and calling with no response I went into the office to be informed by the secretary that they have not even been in the office for weeks. Without being able to contact them I'm not able to rent with a new company because no other company can reach them to verify my rental history. Leasing with them Is like screaming at a rock. They simply do not exist

We applied in May 6th and as of July 6th never received a decision on our Application. Poor Customer Service.
