Very unprofessional, elusive to respond inquires, do not follow up with issues around our community, we have tried to communicate for months now, just to have our board approve the build of a gate for the dumpster area, and we continue to receive excuses and excuses, we demand to be put in contact with the board, or some managment at corporate and the people at corporate when you call in Texas say they do not know the numbers or names for the one that work Georgia.

Below is how our property looks every week...
A simple gate, lock and camera will be enough,....no , no, cannot get someone at that managment company to follow throuugh with a simple request, and this is even after we have a gate company send them quotes and all...

Run away from this managment company..

My company has been working with Michael Williams at RealManage over in Lawrenceville GA now for over a year. He has been VERY responsive when we have concerns, and addresses his board members very quickly to insure timely communication.

It is nice to know when folks care about what they are doing!

I am looking forward to continue working with Michael over at RealManage into 2024 and beyond!

Horrible HOA. They hired painters without any input from residents. The painters came onto property to paint. They taped up all windows, pressure washed, painted then removed all tape and plastic. The painters broke a screen on 1 of my windows. We are being robbed already with exorbitant HOA fees which we see very little improvement in the community. This chic tells me I have to provide proof the painters damaged a window screen when the painters taped up the windows. Common sense would tell you if I afford your fees every month, I can afford a window screen. Someone needs to learn customer service skills. It’s not about me providing proof, but that you hired unprofessional painters that would damage my property, not inform me, just leave, but know I’m responsible. Never ever use this property management company. Just in business to get paid. Care nothing about the people they are supposed to serve.

I met with Ashley Moore on-site at one of her properties. She was professional and very knowledgeable. Plus, her attitude was great and refreshing. I recommend her for any HOA looking for a great community management partner.

This is a unprofessional and uninformed company that is only concerned with their own financial gains from neighborhood HOA. We have no active board, meetings, community common areas and they don't maintain our entry but they collect dues. Someone is stealing our money because it is not going back into the upkeep of the neighborhood. I would not recommend ever working or living
at any of the RealManage companies.

Horrible experience with the call center at RealManage. I called to get clarification on HOA Dues. The representative had an attitude as soon as she answered the call, would cut me off from asking questions, and then pretended that she couldn't hear me and like the call dropped and eventually hung up on me.

I would like to Thank Michael Williams for all of his help working with our Board of Directors at Brightfield Farms for 2023 and this new year of 2024. Michael took his time and patience with our Board (2 people) with a large community- in helping us to understand how an HOA board operates. He directed us to classes offered by Real Manage for additional training and explained various topics to us in regards to operating our Board.

There is something to be said about a person that can work with multiple HOA boards and various attitudes of community folks and remain sane and stable. Michael even worked with us and answered questions in the hospital sick. In today's daily life it is rare to meet folks that are straight forward and honest that will remain peaceful even when receiving verbal tongue lashings. So I want to take this time to thank Mr. Williams, Thomas and the Management Company on behalf of the Brightfield Farms Board for your help.
