Brian is absolutely one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. ESPECIALLY if you are a first time home buyer; he takes pride in making sure you are making the best decision for you. He will sit with you every step of the way, pointing out common issues that may occur on properties and repairs to keep in mind, he has a solid understanding of areas and common areas around properties, he understands eras of construction to provide insight into the construction of your home, he makes sure to not waste your time and will leave you feeling safe and understanding at the end of the road. I cannot recommend him enough and he’s taken care of myself, and each other person I know who’s utilities his services. I’d rate him more than 5 stars if I could.

Brian Harbert is knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He worked with us off and on for almost a year, as we looked at houses, came close to building, gave up completely for a while, and then resumed the search. He knows the market, looks to understand family's needs, and doesn't pressure a decision or make you feel bad for "wasting" his time if the 50th house you visit isn't the right one. He's deeply familiar with the houses on the south side of Indy (who built them, and the resulting quality) and has a great relationship with other realtors. He helped us find the right house, negotiate a fair deal, and sell our own home for a great price. I couldn't be happier with this company.

Brian came highly recommended from a colleague, and I’m so glad I ended up choosing Brian to sell my home and help us purchase a new home. Every step of the way, Brian was not only willing, but almost seemed eager to answer my questions- everything from tips for prepping my home for listing, how to do certain home repairs, explaining the mortgage world, analyzing every loan option, making sure we understood the ins and outs of purchase agreements, and so much more. There was a stretch of time when I talked to him multiple times a day and he never seemed frustrated and was never difficult to reach. He was honest and real with us, which built our confidence in the fact that he wasn’t just trying to make money but genuinely cared about educating and helping us make a good decision. Even after both homes closed, Brian has continued to be a resource and is always responsive if we reach out with new questions as we settle in.
