We absolutely LOVE this place!! It's such a quiet neighborhood, very well kept and clean, and minimal traffic! The apartments have a condo look and feel to them and we love that about it. We moved from a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome to Redwood and only lost approximately 100 square feet. What we lost pales in comparison to the amenities you gain with a two car garage a large corner pantry, and a very large bonus/office space.

If you are looking for a competitive rental rate, a spacious condo-esque apartment, close to Avon and Danville without being IN the city, this is the place for you!

The Neighborhood Manager Maisy has been amazing and responsive and the leasing agent was great as well. We couldn't be happier!!!

Redwood is a great place to live. Very quiet neighborhood where people are very friendly. Apartments are very spacious with a lot of storage space. Having an attached garage is a bonus. They do a great job with maintenance and grounds keeping. I highly recommend!!

We are getting ready to build a home and need a six month lease. Redwood Danville had several units available that fit our needs. The self guiding tour was easy to schedule, and the unit looked fabulous! Based on our tour, we are renting a unit. Everyone we have had contact with at Redwood Danville has been fabulous.

I lived in Redwood Danville for 10 months. When I moved in, my friend asked me if it was a brand new apartment b/c it was so clean and fresh. If I had a maintenance issue, it was repaired in a timely manner. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, the grounds are well maintained and clean. I love that the apartment has an attached garage. It made carrying groceries in easy no matter what the weather.

We rented here for 15 months and then left as soon as our lease was up. (Tried to get out sooner) I would not recommend this complex. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone through phone calls or emails. I sent 10+ emails throughout a 2 week period and did not get an answer. No one answers the phone. There is 0 communication here.

I lived in Redwood Living Apartments for 2 years. We had a wonderful experience living here, the apartments were clean and the maintenance people are wonderful.

The reason that I am not rating the apartments at 5 stars is because Redwood Living STOLE $1260 out of my account at the end of my lease. I moved out at the end of January, as our lease ended February 2nd. I gave them a 60 day written notice as required, turned in all paperwork requested and did everything as they had asked. I left the apartment in beautiful shape, just as I had found it. I had my rent taken out of my bank account automatically every month, never missed a payment and was never even a single day late. I turned off the automatic function at the end of January, and they still took out February's rent of $1260. It has now been more than 2 weeks later and I am waiting for this money to be refunded to my account. The move out process has been so hectic and stress-inducing the ease of living in the apartments is not even worth it. They have had 3 managers in the 2 years I lived here. STEER CLEAR of this place. They will take money from your account without an explanation, and GOOD LUCK trying to get it back.
