If I could do zero stars I would! They are extremely unprofessional and only care about money! They are full of hidden fee, tricks and traps! They make it impossible to get out of a lease once you’re in! Every month is something new added to your bill! They don’t fix anything properly! They are never in a rush to fix problems either! Furnace goes out in winter they come out two weeks later! Water faucet breaks outside it took them 4 weeks to come out! And they didn’t even fix it! But of course I had to pay that water bill! They are scammers and damn good ones! If you like to be robbed and jerked around go for it but don’t say I didn’t warn you! Ohhhh and if you have animals they will say it’s fine then two years later change there minds and tell you that you have to get rid of them 5 days prior to signing a new lease! I pray they get shut down one day! So no one else has to go through what we have!

They have hidden fees. They expected me to make a copy of my house key and give it to it to them so they can enter my home while I’m not there.. I’m not ok with it.. have two emotional support animals one for my wife one for my son and all of a sudden the management team wants to say we have to get rid of one of our dogs. We’ve had these dogs for over three years. Sorry but not gonna happen. It’s like asking me to give up one of my kids. They’re very unprofessional. They’re not nice people. They do not care if they are destroying people’s lives. And I’m pretty sure they lie to the actual landlord about what is actually going on I think the landlord and home owner to the house that I am currently residing in is blind and unaware to what is actually going on. It’s a scam. People reader management is a huge scam. Stay away. I would rather be homeless than deal with these greedy money hungry people..

If you enjoy being taken advantage of financially, if you are a big fan of hidden fees, if you like navigating systems that are designed to milk you for every penny, and if you prefer feeling resentful and/or resigned after an encounter with someone you paid to provide you with a product/service, then Reeder Asset Management is here for you!
When you move into a Reeder property, you will be required to download an app you will use to document and photograph the condition of the dwelling at your move-in date. But, don't worry! Nobody looks at this information. When you move out, prior condition will be completely ignored, and you will be billed for all the stuff that should have been taken car of before you moved in. After you have pointed out that these costs should not be your responsibility, you will be given a form to fill out where you can provide all the information you provided at move-in, in the app... the app that sent all your data into the aether, where it is only accessible to the gods of property management.
Some of the first things you will have to do when you move in is clean the carpets, scrub the floors, patch holes in the walls, and touch up paint. But, don't worry! Later they will send you a notice that you need to pay one of their vendors to have it cleaned professionally.
The cost of rent is just the base price. You will also have additional high price monthly costs for things like the delivery of some of the cheapest air-filters you have ever seen. But at least they will send an HVAC guy randomly to inspect your unit, then forget to turn it back on before he leaves, allowing you to discover it at 4am when the temperature in house has dropped to 45 deg.
At each inspection you will be given a clean bill of health, stating there are no issues that need to be addressed by the renter. Miraculously, a list of problems will appear after you move out, leaving you responsible for costs that coincidently equals your deposit.
I can only assume that they treat their property owners in a similar manner. I would like to thank Zoe for pushing me to purchase a house in this sellers market. If not for her motivation, I may have been content to continue renting.

Reeder Asset Management has been managing my property since 2021. My property manager Zoe, has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is excellent with communicating and resolving any issues that have come up whether it be tenant or maintenance related. Everyone I have worked with on Reeder's team has been great. They screen and find the right tenants you would want for your home. I highly recommend them for your property management company.
