I had an inspection and they sent 2 very tall men never have I ever had more then one person come an do an inspection they came to intimidate me and harass me and they came into my home and within 2 minutes they said I was going to be evicted and when I said ok they refused to leave and was fighting to stay in my home after already telling me I had 30 days to vacate!! They came over to bully me and pressure me to leave, very unprofessional and very disrespectful people!!! Will not recommend!!!

Having to move is already stressful in itself, but I can honestly say that, from the beginning to move in the Reeder Companies team made this a smooth transition! I was concerned about applying for a property before doing a walk through, however, I definitely found that the video virtual tour was very helpful and allowed me to get a real view of the unit and feel at ease about applying. The application process is very thorough and easy to follow. When I called the office a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was submitted correctly, I spoke with Cindy and she was very pleasant and helpful. I was a little anxious about the process and Cindy was really kind and assured me that everything was entered correctly and that I would be notified when my application was being reviewed and if anything else was needed. The leasing team was efficient with reviewing my application and the process did not take long at all. I was called by Kyle to schedule a walk through and I asked if we could do it that afternoon and Kyle was very kind to accommodate my request so quickly. There were minor things that needed to be fixed and Kyle assured me that it would be done before we moved in and it was!!!!

When we arrived at the office to sign the lease it was well kept and very professional. I don't remember the name of the lady who worked at the front desk but she was super friendly and welcoming. Cindy went over the leasing information with my husband and I and she was very detailed with information and patient with answer our questions. Even though we were late and Cindy had another appointment, she didn't rush us through the process. I truly appreciated that! I would recommend doing business with Reeder, the staff is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and welcoming, and the property is very nice and well maintained. Kyle and Cindy made this a great moving experience!
