Rented with them for 9 years without incident.
Now they have an issue with Dec rent even though l paid on time and received confirmation of payment. I agree that something went wrong and the agree to send again. So many fees added and they are very difficult to work with.

I really enjoy my apartment with Reinvest Consultants. We do have a bit of a bug problem but I feel like that comes with the area (Clifton). They do yearly pest control which I like. Maintenance is also extremely quick. Our mailbox broke and it was fixed within hours of my request. I also have a medical condition that causes me to get very cold and they kept my heat on a little longer for me and I appreciate that SO much. The only bad part about living here is the occasional pests and they use a very very sketchy tow company. Make sure you receive your parking permit! I wouldn’t want ANYONE to deal with the people working at the tow company they go through.

Great people to work with when renting a house in Clifton. Easy and quick to request maintenance, quick responses to emails, kept the yard mowed and maintained, helpful in fixing any other issues we had. Highly recommend.

I can say I've been with them since 2017. I've put them through a lot but they have thugged it out with me. I finally got the promotion at work to finish paying my house off and potentially thinking of purchasing another through them if they would allow me again 🤣. I really thank y'all because y'all gave me a chance. Interest high but as expected with the credit I had at 27.

Scam scam scam they advertise Homes for rent but ain't really renting them they just collect application fees 35$ Beware of this so called company...Then have people write fake reviews beware
