He resolved loose ends that would have caused most lenders to disqualify our loan. Ki was professional, personable, and precise. He kept us reassured that we were going to be homeowners. He spoke to us like he had known us all his life, which also allowed him the ability pick up on clues on how to provide the best mortgage services for our family.
