Do NOT go to Relyance Bank at all.. they do not care about their customers. I was at the Bryant branch since they opened over 6 years ago and have never had any issues until the past 2 weeks. When I felt like the Bryant branch wasn't listening I went to the Headquarters and talked to someone who wasn't willing to help me at all. Quote "We expect our customers to know and follow what they signed when they signed up" End Quote. Well Miss Lady I expect my bank to take care of me and my finances and I ain't getting that from this bank. I never ever go in the negative in my accounts and I signed that over 6 years ago, do YOU remember what you signed 6 years ago? Let alone something you signed and never dealt with in 6 years?!? I don't have the money to cover what I'm being charged when i shouldn't have been charged in the first place bc I didn't know...again that 6 years ago I signed that... thinking they care and would be understanding they would help me, nope i was wrong! I will be moving my finances somewhere else where they care and it won't be at another Relyance location!

This is one of the very last "Hometown" Banks. I have banked with them since they opened in Bryant, Arkansas and have NEVER had any trouble taking care of any banking business MY family or I have had over the years. The employee's at Heartland are some of the sweetest, most courteous people I have ever had 2 do business with. They are very personable and will work with whatever you might need done from a banking standpoint with a smile on every single face. I stand by my "Hometown" Bank & invite anyone in search of a banking "Home" to try Heartland. I can bet you won't be looking elsewhere after visiting them.

President there, His name is Josh Caldwell
He will sure help you out . If you need any banking done , He is def the guy to go too
