I am extremely unhappy. For some reason Allstate transferred my account to this person. I have been trying for over a year to rectify a situation with my bills. No matter how many times I tell them to use a different account to withdraw the money they can not seem to figure out how to tell the computer to use another account. Ridiculous customer service. Called and talked to someone in the office of an agent I have never met and somehow is my agent. No personal contact and nothing I have ever experienced with any insurance I have ever carried. You would actually have to pick up a phone or answer an email to "serve" your customer.

Seriously the best! I've had Renita as my agent for almost 10 years and multiple policies later we're still going. I love that her and her crew are always looking out for me as her client and makes sure I get the best deal possible. Quick to respond and always so helpful!

Laura was wonderful! She contacted me because I inquired about cancelling my policy due to it increasing. She was very thorough explaining exactly why it went it, no fault to the company. She was very friendly and professional but still down to earth and relatable. I decided to keep my policy simply bc Allstate has agents like her who care and take care of their customers! She found two discounts I'd qualify for and she went over my homeowners insurance policy. She introduced and explained the Drivewise program, which I'm elated about as a new driver, to monitor my driving. All around, I enjoyed the call. Usually CS calls aren't pleasant lol but she made it such. Good Job and thank you again. I highly recommend!

Charles was GREAT at transferring my old policy to my new car and was super friendly. I ONLY take away one star because the drive wise was terrible at towing my damaged car, but this has nothing to do with office staff.

Shop around I was with them for over a yr kept going up in price for no reason when I called another insurance Co I got better cover for half the cost. Tried calling again about rv insurance was quoted 1200 a yr I'm pay 218 threw Erie insurance. Do yourself a favor and shop before u buy
