Never received a key to the pool area or the garage that I rented, only a remote. Maintenance staff is very responsive, skilled, and helpful. Front office staff is very nice, but they were also vague on details at times. Apartment was average at best.

Not terrible, have to keep your A/C and Heat always high because the windows are extremely cheap so your utility bills are always high. Barely any cabinet space in the kitchen. Room for storage is pretty good. Overall there are much much nicer apartments with the Same layouts for the same price.

I only lived here for a few short months while going through a divorce and buying a house. I can say that my apartment was very nice and my utility bills were always affordable considering I had over 100 plants with lots of plant lights going. Very convenient to shopping places. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. The only negative thing I can say is the parking kind of sucks having to find spaces anywhere close to your building but that's always the downside of apartment living.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! Lived here before regretted leaving and came back. When we came back they welcomed us with open arms basically and I appreciate that! The staff is super friendly and I like that the office stays connected with you very well here so when you do need something they are very attentative. The townhouse we have is a gem and everybody that comes over loves where we stay. Very quiet and peaceful most of the time. Ive had terrible experiences elsewhere so I pay attention to every detail but living here is stress free and its a great feeling...10/10

I had quite an extensive week and a half search for a new home in another state. I couldn't make it down for all documents and prep to be done before hand. The Ladies in the office here made this the smoothest transition. I was able to come in the day to pickup the keys and it was the first time, I had met the team here. They were awesome.

I’ve had a great experience the first month. The ladies in the office have been nothing short of exceptional. When I made my move in service list and turned it in, the items were repaired in less than 24 hours. So maintenance has been great as well.

This is a really good place to live. I do have some minor complaints, but overall a solid apartment.

First, the pros: I like that it's safe, heavily sound-proofed, has a half basketball court, dog park, river walkway, and pool. The neighbors seem pretty cool, nice, respectable. It's close to the YMCA and Kroger, so most of our needs are met. The staff is kind. No woke garbage being shoved down my throat (had that experience at a previous apartment). It's pretty quiet here. My neighbor said he had a party when he first moved in and I couldn't hear a thing, even though we share a wall. Most people who live here are raising children or around that age and older. It's cozy. They won't nickel & dime you for every little thing, in fact, they leave us entirely alone when it comes to financing, and I've had no surprise payments or anything.

For the cons: The AC and heater is kind of loud. Not deafening, but it was distracting when I first moved in. The pool is ice cold - which is probably fine for some people. And the final issue, which is true for all apartments in nice neighborhoods right now - it's expensive. It's been worth it though, so I don't regret it at all.

Overall: I'd give this place a 4.7/5 if I could be more specific.
