From the moment I met Becky Phillips I knew that she was the agent for me. She understood what my goals were and was always sending me new listings. When I decided to make an offer on a property she was there every step of the way. She was also there when I had issues finding the right mortgage company. Being that I was not from the area and at some point out of the country, she helped get the information I needed to have a successful house buying process. I would recommend Becky and REV Real Estate. She was always there to answer questions and really wanted to find the right home for you.

I could not speak more highly about Becky she is an absolute joy to work with. She went above and beyond again and again for us during the purchase of our home. She also continued to go above and beyond after we closed. I would choose to work with her again when we do our next purchase. She was knowledgeable and always quick to get answers to the questions we had. Before during and after closing she means it when she says she will still be there for you! If you are buying or selling a property in Cody, you need to go and talk to Erynne! She is amazing and will get it done for you! She worked hard on our property and went above and beyond when we ran into numerous hiccups with the buyers financing and proposals. She stayed on it, kept us informed of problems and worked out never before seen funding problems and provided solutions for us to get our price! She worked with the buyers agent non stop and even stayed on the bank to meet deadlines. She is very knowledgeable and will not let you get into a contract that is fishy or illegal. She is the hardest working Realtor I have ever met and we sold several houses in the last two years! Want it sold? Call her!!

I had the pleasure of working with Becky Phillips, an agent with REV, on the sale of two homes and the purchase of one home over an eight month period. Please know that I do not live in the area. Becky provided all documents timely, often served as my eyes, assisted with contractor coordination, and generally, worked to make these sales & purchase happen. She is technically efficient, has numerous helpful contacts, and provided sound advice with the appropriate supporting documentation. Becky with Rev is amazing. That word is overused but completely appropriate in this instance. She went so far above and beyond it's hard to describe.
