I love having friends over and showing off my swanky apartment complex! I absolutely love it here! We have always owned a home so it was a big deal when we were looking at apartments for them to feel homie and The Pointe Bentonville had everything to make our place feel like a home! From the crown molding to the really pretty wooden pillars in our living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it’s just totally incomparable to any other complex in Northwest Arkansas! Then you add the Theater, the pool, the clubhouse, the gym, the tanning beds.. I could go on and on.. Its amazing here!

The pointe Bentonville has been a great place to live! Megan in the front office is always considerate and quick to help with anything we ever need. She has impeccable customer service. I love all the amenities and being able to walk my dog out on to the greenway trails right outside the complex. They always have fun get together for the community to enjoy like food trucks, pool/movie watching and holiday fun.

Lofts at Texarkana has been my home for 5 years, it truly is my home! I love the feel of community, knowing my neighbors and the friendly atmosphere. The staff is amazing, they are more than staff! I would not want to live anywhere else!

The Villas property in Lake Charles, LA is poorly run. The grounds look decent but in actuality the apartments are being neglected by management. Some of the apartments have rats. Other apartments are missing smoke detectors. Yet other apartments have unchecked leaks. The community is supposed to be gated. Yes, there is a front gate that is closed in the evening but the back gate that opens into low income housing is always open. Nonresidents are coming into the community at all hours unchecked.There is no maintenance staff for the property so things do not get repaired in a timely manner. More than once a person has died in an apartment and been left for days. The apartments have not been properly cleaned before another tenant is moved in. There are more problems here than can be mentioned in such a small space. The residents have had a meeting with a representative from the management company but nothing was done to fix the situation in the 2 months since. It is sad because these apartments could be very nice. Management just doesn't care.

The Pointe in Cabot is by far the best experience I have had renting in the area. They are beautiful inside & out. The staff is outstanding, from management to maintenance they go above and beyond to keep their tenants happy and safe. Couldn’t ask for better!!

The Pointe at Bentonville is a top notch all inclusive community that feels metropolitan in a small town environment. The apartments are luxurious and modern. My daughter is a resident there and we enjoy visiting her home and the shared amenities like the classy clubhouse and enclosed off-leash dog park. Awesome place!

We love living here at The Pointe Cabot! The office staff and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. We have given the name of the Pointe Cabot to many of our friends coming into the area looking for a place to stay. You couldn't ask for a better facility.

Visited The Pointe in Cabot last week while apartment hunting. I gotta say their grounds and facilities looked beautiful. You can tell they take care of their property with pride. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to move in.
