Working with Rick was amazing, he was super intentional with all decisions, well informed and did everything by the book while thinking creatively at the same time. Rick made things happen! As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things that were new to me and new information about the buying processes. Rick helped educate me on the ins and outs of getting a mortgage and home buying so I could feel confident about and make informed decisions throughout the process. Getting a pre-approved certificate before i started looking at houses, was the main reason I was able to get the house I now have. With out it, they would have taken someone elses offer for sure.

I know I got THE BEST rate out there, too, because of the care he puts into his work and experience he has in this field. He was able to get me the federal Mortgage Credit Certificate program (that due to my income level I qualified for) I otherwise would not have been aware of. Not only was Rick helpful and easy to communicate with, we were able to close EARLY! Highly recommend talking with him to find out what options would be best for you and your home buying/lender adventure!
