They almost always close 30 minutes early, I can never get someone on the phone. The app crashes almost every week so you have to call to even get into your account again.

Been with this bank for 15 years always been pleasant experience. I just wish they would have the drive thru open earlier. Not very convenient.

Last year they approved me for a loan and had it ready for me. Less then a year later my credit is better and income is higher and they say they will not approve me for a 5,000 dollar loan. The bank manager is very rude and unprofessional as well. I do not recommend this bank.
