Have lived in Glenn Howard Manor for 7 years. Problem after problem. Latest being losing my state benefits because previous tenant was allowed to still use address and pick up her mail without ever filing change of address. Management never assumes any responsibility for anything. I'm a senior, not from Indiana- 6/5/23 1yr later had to wait 2 months before apartment "cleaned " before I could move. Apartment not clean. Maintenence has done absolutely nothing including upkeep. He drinks with tenants and provides transportation for a fee instead of doing the job.

Best burger I've ever had in my life i think, the aristocrat burger on the roof top was amazing. Open face sando is also really good and the drinks were on point ! Stacks never fails to deliver with food drinks and atmosphere. Love this spot.

No barriers or warning signs of drop off in credit union parking lot. Drove off it needed a tow. Also the ice on the stairs is going to get someone hurt. Hope youq

Would give Zero stars if it was an option!!!! The Valpo office is run by Kia & she's very very unprofessional & rude & tries to intimitate you!!!! She takes tenants as being stupid & not knowing anything!!!! No wonder the building Im in has a high turnover of tendants!!!! Corporate needs to look into why this is!!!!! The maintaince guy is a joke too!!!! Rude & incompetent too & seems inconvenienced every time he has to do something!!!!And the office did a major screw up & admitted it but instead of apologizing Kia was rude yelled & hung up !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ESPECIALLY VALPO OFFICE PRIMARYIALY BC OF KIA!!!!! SLUM LORDS TO THE MAX!!!!!

They are the epitome of rude and nasty. They talk to you like you are beneath them! Molly exudes the definition of ignorant! The piss poor example of a maintenance man is EXTREMELY incompetent and lazy! They do not come out and do any assessments on the property. However, they hound you for your rent money. They care nothing about their tenants. SLUM LORDS TO THEE HIGHEST POWER! The only reason why they even get ONE STAR is because ZERO STARS is not an options! Do NOT rent from them!

DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT RENT FROM RMC MANAGEMENT!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THE VALPARAISO OFFICE!!! I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO SIGN THE LEASE AND THEY WERE ALREADY TREATING ME LIKE TRASH! Angenette, Morgan, Molly or Janice, who I think was Molly who was pretended to be the manager Janice, were all very unprofessional & impolite! While I was mostly in contact with Angenette, who for more than two weeks treated me as if I couldn't afford the place. She made statements like, "you sure you'll be able to get NIPSCO in your name?" I had to clutch my pearls!
Morgan would tell me that my business is with Angenette but then her and the other "pretender" would persist in telling me everything else but what I discuss with Angenette! HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS?!!!
They refused to let me finish a sentence. I asked for my security deposit back and I told them that I will never do business with them again! Just Imagine if they're already treating me like trash before I even sign a lease, they will continue to give me a hard time if I need to communicate with them food other services! I tried to find a corporate number for them to report it but haven't been able to. MY FEELINGS IS SO HURT!!! I'M SO DONE! THEY DON'T GET ANY STARS FROM ME!

I have been renting from here for 6 years consecutively, they made a mistake and tried charging me 3 months worth of late fees. When i confronted the ladies in the office with evidence they instantly got really rude and treated me like i was trash. That morgan girl behind the counter and that stuck up boss of hers are so nasty acting!! - I also paid 90.00 toward that fee they insisted I owed, then had to fight to get them to reverse because I didnt owe it and they never refunded my 90.00!! Terrible customer service!! My mom rented from here also and she said they did the same thing to her!!

They are rude and ignorant very unprofessional. They do not care for their tenants only want your rent money. They refuse to refund me my money that is owed to me! Janice is rude and refuse to send me proof of my lease agreement. They do not comply with the lease agreement! Thus I advise not to rent from them! They are unprofessional as if you rent from their company as if they are doing you a favor.
