Rob O'Malley and his entire team are extraordinary! My husband and I recently closed on a refinance of our home. Rob explained the entire process, what the rate would be, AND knew that the unused buy-down agreement that we had with our builder would translate into $$ off of our principal balance! Other lenders that I contacted to give me the rate and cost of a refi., never mentioned that benefit. That's because Rob and his team make it their business to study and learn all about any of the benefits their customers might have.
From day 1, when Rob called me after I was finished with work, numerous check in's during the process, and a follow up phone call at the end to make sure he and his team truly earned the 5 START rating from my husband and me.

Cannot speak more highly of Rob and his great team at Preferred Rate. They made my mortgage refinance a very simple process. Nothing complected at all. Right away they told me the paper work they needed. Constant communication with the team to tells us where we were at. A daily email updates helped as well. Rob O’Malley and the Team, Peggy, John and Ashley are a great group. I had been on the market for a new home the past 4 months. With a previous per approval in hand I was all set. My first lender wasn’t responding in a timely manner (12-24 hrs later) so my realtor Joanne Hodge recommended I contact Rob.

I did a quick and easy intake call with Peggy who was amazing with answering all my questions. Shortly after Rob contacted me and we were off to the races. The O’Malley Team got me the same pre approval amount and a much lower closing cost because they didn’t have all these additional fees like my previous lender. I was able to save $40k on the closing cost alone.

Their knowledge of the market, trends and closing deals put me in a very comfortable place. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I just submitted the requested documents and they handle everything from there.

I could on and on but I’m sure I’m reaching the max number of characters here. So I’ll end with this, moving forward I’ll trust no one else to handle my refinancing our future purchases.
