(The apartments are actually pretty nice. They are based on your income and they help people in need.) Was my initial review. I am changing my review, due to the fact the previous landlord Tina, was taking tenonts rent money, and packed up all of her stuff in the apartment she had over nice and left. (With the help of movers. This left many tenants put in a very bad spot. We were all kicked out, and had to find somewhere else. The new landlord that replaced her, (after 2 or 3 months after Tina left) was a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and lack of sympathy for the tenants who this affected. If you did not have receipts to show proof of monthly paid rent, you were evicted. All during the midst of COVID-19 in 2020. The company who owns the company also did not care as well.

For the past few weeks there have been police in and out of the apartments. The people causing all the trouble are still living there. Issues have been brought up to the manager a number of times. Nothing has been done once.
Lazy management, dont take care of complaints or serious issues. Even tho there are problems and serious offenses.

Either get it together and deal with the problems and kick out people causing problems or there might be more negative reviews from others.
That's all their is to it.

They never fix anything my ceiling is pouring water in the bathroom they fix but then again is started raining in my bathroom and now my stove is throwing sparks and it’s been a week the bathroom been 6 months or more…..😡😡😡😡

Great little apartments, however they are income based. You can't get one if you make over 45K

Shity manager, has black mold in apartments, slow at fixing anything for tenants, talks about people that live there to there face nice but behind people's back talks bad about them real shame
