Bad, experience with an employee at the 99th ave and McDowell road location. Very disappointed after been a customer for over 13years. With this company. And they had raised my price on insurance in the last of the month. And didn't notification soo had to go to the store to pay my insurance and je had me waiting and after 40min he wanted me and wife to leave and came back because he need it to take his lunch, ? Soo he kick us out the store?

I would have given 5 stars but the rep at the location on Glendale Ave was rude. They require the use of a mask which I have no problem with, but instead of asking nicely, it was demanded of me and I was told I would be refused service if I didn't comply. But the gentleman he was assisting at the time wasn't wearing one. When I pointed that out, it was justified that he was only providing an address. It shouldn't matter the reason. Everyone means everyone. So I drove 10 miles out of my way to a different location on Thomas Road, where I was greeted warmly and assisted with respect. Take note Glendale Ave location!

If you have insurance somewhere else besides Rodney D. Young insurance then your definitely over paying for insurance .I have 3 cars insured with Rodney D. Young with just liability and pay under $95 per month. Your not going to find a better deal and never had any issue with them. Thanks Rodney your the best.

Worst customer service ever. Save yourself a headache and having to deal with their attitude and pick a different place to maintain insurance. If you choose to work with people, you should definitely know how to treat them no matter the situation or time of day. Pick a different profession. I still do not understand how they are open. Poor people getting ripped off and swept under a rug. Its all a lie.

I called the number and its for QUOTE WIZARD.. after giving my zip code all they said was "we do not have an agent available" and hanged up without letting me get more information.
