So happy our real estate agent suggested Matt Rolph when our original mortgage loan person refused to work with our situation. Matt was great and did his best to explain and help us get what we wanted. Matt kept me on track and we were out of state so the full online process was easy and well set up! We closed on target even after running into snags with our situation.

Our situation was: Active duty military family with approved retirement date, we didn’t realize how much having that retirement date could complicate things so if you are about to retire and thinking about buying a house please talk with some people before you hit that retirement button to fully understand how that will effect buying a house.

Matt at Rolph Mortgage was so easy to work with, he got us pre approved for more than I was hoping for and only 3% down. Their website was so easy to use, everything was filled out online and we had a preapproval letter in 24 hours of our first conversation Rolph Mortgage offered a few option, like a very low rate or no closing costs, we went with the incredibly low rate and still got $500.00 off our closing costs. Their website was easy to work, everything was submitted online, even signatures, they asked for minimal paperwork which was also submitted online. It's not at all like my last mortgage experience years ago. Thanks, Matt, for making the process so easy and stress free!!
